How do I invite a friend to spectate?

I have a few friends that enjoy playing boardgames with me, and one that prefers just watching. I can invite friends to play easily enough, but how do I invite someone to watch?

When you say "friend," do you mean someone you have actually friended on BGA? If so, you don't have to invite them. They can see when you're online in the little people icon to the left of their avatar and simply click on the game you're currently playing.
