Good news: It's absolutely possible. And more good news: No one has started on it, so it's all yours to develop. Good luck!

Now if you're looking for someone to do it for you, then probably not. All developers have plenty of projects in mind already. The number of suggestions far exceeds the number of people willing to contribute.

Unfortunately I am not able to program any game but I just voted for this game on BGG. I didn't know that this Website is already existing.
