Can we please get a link to the rules that doesn't need a login for an external website to download?

If you find a better link, you can even submit it yourself :) this section is open to contributions ;)

I've added a couple of English rules, one to an external website (without having to log in) and the other to a PDF file.

I hope that's what you needed!
