setting up tables I'm not joining

Hello,

I'm new to BGA and I have a question about setting up tables.

I've been organizing in-person board game events for a while and thought about trying the same through BGA. This would, however, mean having to set up tables for specific people without me joining those tables or anybody else joining that I'm not inviting. (Suppose there are 10 participants for a 2-4-person game, for example.) It would be a one-time event, not a tournament of any kind.

I haven't managed to find this option. Is it actually possible to set up tables like this?

No, you can't set up non-tournament tables you are not joining, as far as I know.

You can set up a table and leave after another player joins, then that player remains in charge of the table. But if it's for a game that needs premium, that other player must be premium too, otherwise the table will be closed the moment it has no premium players.
