Shift Gears - 2 Positions - 0 Heat

If you have 0 Heat cards in your Engine, and shift 2 positions,

What will happen if you click the "Play Selected Cards (Gear 4 => 2 @)" note: {@=Heat icon}
The game allows this click function to take place.

page 4 rules (1. Shift Gears) Note: require that you pay one Heat, which you can read more about on page 7: Heat Cards
page 7 rules (Shifting up/down 2 positions) "you have to pay 1 Heat immediately."
