Hello, there is a game on here where the board is shaped like a hexagon and the tiles are smaller hexagons.
I believe upto 6 players can play at once. Each player has one meeple which starts at one of the corners of the hexagon gameboard and have the objective to reach the opposite corner first to win.

And players are allowed to build walls on the edges of the hexagon tiles to modify pathing on the board.

Well I don't have a hexagon for you, but Quoridor shares similarities with the piece going to the other side and wall building, even allowing up to 4 players on a square. It's a smaller scale of a lot of what you're after. So not everything you're thinking of, but you might still find it interesting.
