Successful Sanctions Appeal for End-of-game Discards

I had a game where I had Successful Sanctions Appeal (when you would discard a card from your Calendar, put it into play instead) in play, and expected that at the end of the game when I discard cards from my Calendar, I could put one into play. I was not prompted to do this when the game ended.

1. With rules as written, should I have been allowed to put a card into play?
2. If so, I'll post a BGA bug?

I did not have any calendar cards from Mar-Aug, so did not have the opportunity to put cards into play via Successful Sanctions Appeal the usual way.

This is what the card says:

Once per game, when you would normally discard a card from your calendar, you may put it into play for free instead.

It doesn't trigger at the end of the game. If you weren't prompted, it's because you never had a turn when a card was about to be discarded.

I appreciate the question in the forum. A lot of rules questions are accidentally filed as bugs on all games, so it's nice to see the opportunity for discussion and learning first.

Another question about the Successful Sanctions Appeal card.

I used it to put in play Network of Runners, instead of discarding it, but I didn't score any points for this card (which worth 6). Is it regular, is it a bug ? Or maybe I'll get them later (the game is still running) ?

That's sounds like a bug. File a report using the link at the top of each forum page and I'll take a closer look.
