Is Victory Column a made-up card by BGA? I wasn’t able to find that sponsor card in my physical copy of Ark Nova nor on https://ssimeonoff.github.io/ark-nova .

Same question for Arcade.

It's from the expansion so you can consider them as promo cards on bga

Any reason the background looks like Federal Grants? The building Icon doesn't match the picture anymore

The picture for Victory Column is simply updated to the winner of the most recent Arena season.
