My friend has assignment to do some statistics analisys for his study project. I was wondering if bga allowed acess to some more detailed data on games? For example there is an issue of expansion games being mixed with base games for the game he wanted to do his project about (7 wonders duel). Also I personally am curious why there is no data on 1st player advantage for many games. Does bga collect this data, but doesn't publish it? Is there any reason for that or just no one saw any point in showing it? Or are such statistics simply not collected?
Asides from that even the data for each individual player compared to avarage of all players and avarage of winners isn't really useful. For many games there are parameters which are misleading (they seem to indicate preferable strategy, but are in fact corelated to an already winning position). It would be really interesting if this part of your profile was improved at some point.
