I'm not very happy with decay in general, but let's set that aside for a moment and address the actual implementation.
1. Is this active now? Was it active for end of least season?
2. How do we know if we decayed? Is there any notification? A warning that it will occur?
3. To prevent decay, do we have to play a game in Arena or is any format okay? Does the game have to finish by end of season or just be started?
4. Why is decay not addressed in FAQ? https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=faq_account_elo - seems important to note its existence and to answer questions like the above
