When will you fix arena rankings for season 15 after the cheating problem?

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but I wonder when will you fix the rankings for season 15 for 7 wonders architect and 7 wonder duel?

I second this. I was going to open a similar thread in the 7 Wonders Duel forum soon, but maybe here the topic has more visibility.

To add some context as we are in a general forum: a player reached their ranking with some obvious cheating. The cheating was tacitly acknowledged by the admins by resetting the player's Elo, but they received the Arena trophies and are still in the leaderboards nonetheless.

This inaction takes away from me any remaining desire to compete in the Arena in the future, and I think the same holds for some other top players in 7 Wonders Duel.

All of this annoys me even more in light of the recent changes in the Elo system, which were supposed to help to prevent cheating, Some very controversial (not to say bad) changes were introduced to prevent "power levelling" (see the megathread https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33785), but when the cheating is obvious no action is taken.

The Arena is supposed to be the main competitive environment in the platform, and it cannot survive without some form of administration. If BGA has grown too big and does not have the resources to offer this, I will accept that but for the first time I will seriously consider cancelling my premium account.

I hope that some more players will make their voices heard in this thread.

Nothing else to add to what Arrigo wrote.
I guess it takes time to fix these kind of problems, but it would be good to have an official statement meanwhile.
If nothing changes I won’t renew my subscription and I’m considering to delete my account/use it just for few games between friends.

Yeah, a bit more interaction/transparency by mods would be nice. Ignoring is the worst, I had a premium account and was considering subscribing again but I am now not sure if I should play arena at all anymore.

Have not commented on any forum as I was awaiting for BGA to do the necessary investigation and fixes as these things do take time and understand that the Mods are also very busy. However, it has been more than a week and there has been no communication from BGA end. Hopefully, BGA will be able to share what are doing to upkeep the integrity of the arena as top players are spending plenty of time playing these games.

As said before, I sent a private message to a "board game arena" admin about this topic. Here is the answer (received today):
"I have brought your concerns up to the team and we agree something needs to done about cases like this. Unfortunately, right now we are dealing with a serious server issue and will not be able to divert our attention to it this week. I have made a To-Do post about it on our internal messaging board and we will be addressing the problem in the future. I realise this is not the outcome you were hoping for for this season, but hopefully we will be able to apply a better solution for all cases in the future."
