Rep filters for tables

Post by Injured Pigeon »

Hi guys, I have heat setup as very restrictive, >75 % rep, but I've had 2 players join a table now with 68% and a staggering low 16%... do I need to do something else?

I don't see such a table in your tables list. And all of your current tables don't have any reputation restrictions. Are you sure, that it's turned on? Were you the host of the mentioned table? Did you host directly from the game's page?

Neither of the games started as someone refused to start them.
In the table restrictions for heat I have the appropriate checkbook ticked, is there something else that needs to be done?
That was the question really. Or do the restrictions stop the game starting rather people joining.

Maybe I need to read the manual. 🤔

No, that should do it. But there are two types of lobbies. Each game has a separate lobby on its main page. And there is a general lobby on "Play Now" page. So if you host a game from its main page, you have to set restrictions there (a door icon near the number of players). And if you host a game from "Play Now" page, you have to set restrictions there too (a cog icon), because they don't transfer automatically.

Hm, I've always assumed that it's not possible to join restricted tables at all. It would be strange if it doesn't work that way.
