The new 31 revised civ mats -- to be implemented here?

A set of 31 revised civ mats has been released, many (most?) of the 31 civs in the set are heavily revised, in ways different from all prior published online adjustments etc. I am wondering whether (hoping that) these will be implemented here at BGA?
