I confirm, that * abused well-known common situation of complex final turn (which may include several extra turns) taking more time, than average, there was no reason to expel OP from the game, as he wasn't stalling previously.

When you expel, you have to wait 20 seconds, so you mean you needed 25 extra seconds, not 5. And if you played for enjoyment (and not for rank) you wouldn't care about being expelled at the end, because you've already won.
