Question about red thumbs?

I was looking at my profile today and I noticed I have a red thumb, which baffles me. I have not left a game early, I have not complained when I have lost and besides one time (which was out of my control) I have not missed a turn in my turn-based games. So, my question is what do most people consider a good enough reason to give a red thumb? Also is there any way to see who gave you the red thumb so I could ask them why?
