Friendly Catan

A lot of players want to declare a "friendly" game of Catan: nobody can use the robber to attack anyone who does not yet have 3 points. NO SUCH RULE OFFICIALLY EXISTS, but some people are very insistent about it. This is annoying, and leads to arguments and hostility. A solution would be to create a set-up that makes it clear from the beginning that nobody can be attacked before they have 3 points. This option would solve a lot of problems.

Je suis d'accord avec vous. La règle des 3 points n'existe pas à Catan. J'aimerai connaitre le pourcentage de soi-disant "friendly games". Les adversaires ne parlent de la règle des 3 points que lorsque par malheur vous les avez volé, ils crient au scandale, vous disent que vous n'êtes pas cool puis la partie consiste pour les adversaires à un tacite accord : ils ne volent que sur vos emplacement pour toute la partie. Au mieux, Ils évoquent cette règle après avoir accepté de jouer, en début de partie mais si vous refusez, vous devenez le joueur à voler toute la partie et refusent que la partie soit abandonnée. Franchement, ça devient pénible.
