Can I access tournaments if I reach <100 ELO?

Hi,

Once I achieve 100 ELO points, what happen if I return to 99. Am I able to join tournaments? If not, I am kicked out of tournaments that I have already joined or started?

It is explained on F.A.Q. You can't hit below 100 ELO points once you reached it.
