Cannot build size 3 enclosure, bug?

I cannot build a size 3 enclosure, neither on the 3 spaces shown on the left nor on the right. It only works on the 3 spaces marked with a green color.

I've played about 140 games of AN...am I going stupid? The enclosure needs to be adjacent to another building or enclosure, but both examples that AN does not let me build, are adjacent.



EDIT Nevermind, the yellow was difficult to see. there is the monkey enclosure...

I've made a mistake before thinking that I was building next to water when it was actually next to a blue sponsor building tile, but that yellow vs the African zone on the board is subtle enough that it might be worth filing a suggestion in the bug report to increase the contrast somehow.
