Hey BGA, here's an idea. You have this bug reporting service. Why not process those before ruining parts of the website that were perfectly fine?
The request to manually accept Arena games that has been open FOR YEARS and isn't even acknowledged (still yellow bar). BGA have introduced changes to ELO because (well we're not sure why really) but what about all the lost ELO and arena points from people who didn't even know the game had started when it launches silently in the background while they are taking turnbased moves, or after they have logged out when it fails to cancel the search properly? There doesn't seem to be a way to respond why we got an expel against us. Given this would it be fair to infer BGA have NO means of gathering useful stats on the reasons why this is happening? So why not maybe take a look at this bug report and see if you could implement the very simple fix of anonymised acceptance screens for Arena games? Then this nonsense can be avoided as I suspect a good number of expels are simply due to this one flaw in the site.
Since I gather BGA want to encourage Arena participation you really could bump this up the list of things to resolve. Fixing this annoying flaw would be a good place to start as the auto start (and risk of expulsion) is a big deterrent for some players.
