Blue exclamation point

In the midst of a game a blue exclamation point appeared in lower right of screen and said "agree or disagree" with a bar that ran out. What was this for? Also some players with bad reputations have a red triangle with an exclamation inside or near it. What does that mean? They are not playing from same internet so it is not that. Could I have found this info somewhere else? I looked around site and couldn't find it.

The blue exclamation mark is probably a friend request that didn't show up correctly. Check your profile and see if you got a new friend request. Since the update to the Games In Progress page, things have been a bit buggy.

The orange red triangle exclamation mark is to warn you that someone with a bad reputation has joined your table.
