I just had two tournament tables that both went in bad directions because of time outs. The site isn't handling time out very well.
In one case, my opponent was fight for a tie. But, since they had more time remaining, they didn't have to fight and just let the round end. In that case, they were awarded the win. Mind you, I don't think they did this intentionally, I'm just pointing out how the system can be manipulated.
Another case, we had a person at the table run out of time. That person was kicked from the table, resulting in everyone else getting a tie for first. That doesn't make any sense. If we didn't kick them, then we would be back in the previous situation where the winner would be the one with the most time, not necessarily the one currently winning.
