Interface froze, lost karma

I reported a bug but almost on the last screen of the game (I think 93%) durign scoring section the interface froze and I had to restart, although my internet was fine otherwise (was streaming music). I lost 20 karma though, is that normal, I thought it should be less. Cheers.

Actually, is there a way to raise this to support apart from bug report?
