Help - BGA nopt matching me for games

Good day

I am a long term Premium subscriber who really enjoys this platform for playing some of my favorite boardgames. It is an incredible safe and respectful environment.

For the past couple of days I have been having no success joining or hosting real time games. The tournament game I am in continues to work, I am able to make my move each day however not as fortunate on live games. I mostly play ticket to ride and I am not getting any matches when previously there was at worst a three minute wait. I have tried to match for other games today and the issue is the same. I can not join or host.

Concerned that it might be an issue with my PC, I logged in on an Ipad and the same issue prevailed. I am located in St. John's, NL, CA. IS anyone else encountering a similar issue? Are servers down? What is causing this issue.

ANy assistance to get me back in the game would be sincerely appreciated

If you go to the Play Now screen (https://boardgamearena.com/lobby) and expand the area for the games you are interested in, do you see any real-time games being created?

To see this, you will want to change your settings at the top to "Simple", "Real-Time", and "Manual".
