Should I report an inappropriate username?

I looked but couldn't find the rules. There is some discussion of inappropriate usernames, so I think it's something that should be reported, but I'm not sure where/how. The user was not misbehaving in any other way.

Click 'Report this player' in that player's profile, then click 'Read more' at the bottom of the report category list.
You'll find 'has an inappropriate avatar and/or username (pornography, politics, advertisement)'.

Yeah, if it's truly offensive you should. I had to do this once. If it's boredline/subtle I let it go. If it is obvious enough that I wouldn't want my kids seeing it then yeah I'd report it.
