The player rating buttons can be hard to find as they're so small and aligned to the right. On widescreen monitors they are particularly easy to miss.

I suggest moving them to the left and making them larger so that they're more discoverable and people remember to use them more. It would also help if player ratings could be given at the game table itself...but I expect my first suggestion is much easier to implement quickly.
