game stuck, cannot play other arena games

in game https://boardgamearena.com/9/maracaibo?table=486661221 it believes it is my turn (which it is not at this stage but rather Haventacues. I cannot do anything, but it also means I cannot play any of my other arena games and my time runs out there.
What can i do?

When I look at that game it shows that it's Haventaclue's turn.

For me too, BGA shows the spinning hourglass by Haventaclue rather than by you.
(Have you tried quitting and reopening your browser?)

Write to Havetacues and ask him to make his move ASAP.

I had similar issues some time ago. Game in list showed me it was my turn but whenever I joined the game it wasn't. It was resolved after some time (If I remember right, the relevant person did his move)
