Paying for a card with multiple icons

I went to play the card Space Elevator.I had cash,steel and titanium.The interface offered me the option of paying using steel and cash,but not titanium and cash.Would I have been offered a titanium and cash option or a combination of all three if I had used the custom payment toggle ?

Yes, custom lets you pay however you want.
