Video chat with friends

I understand that one of the Perks of premium membership is being able to do a live chat while playing a game. How does one do that?

At the bottom of the chat window there's an icon that looks like a video camera. Click that.

This feature does not work well IMO. The video replaces your avatar so it is barely a 1/2" circle of the other player. Useless! Could not make the video bigger.

Just one of them. A non premium member can accept the invite to join when a premium member starts a video chat at the table but a non premium member can't start a video chat.

Also, in some games it will let you expand the size of the video if you click (or maybe it's double click) on it. You get a square video window then and can click and drag near the edge of it to make it bigger. Just don't ask me why it only seems to work that way in some games, as I have no idea.
