Changed cards with Big Box

Three cards got replacements in the big box:
Deimos Down
magnetic field dome
Hydroelectric dam

all of those place tiles down, why are those not used ? Wish from the publisher? I mean those are official replacements,

You don't loose it. It just also places down a special tile

Technically all three of these are expansion/promo cards (even through they're replacements of existing cards). As a result, they may never be added depending on what the decisions regarding expansions ends up being. At the moment all we have is the contents of the base box (which means the original versions of the cards).
