the website says it is my turn at a table where it is not my turn

I cannot make a move at this table (1):
boardgamearena.com/14/gaiaproject?table=497844788
because I get the message that I have to play first at this table (2):
boardgamearena.com/14/gaiaproject?table=497835837
but at table (2) it's the turn of another player.
Maybe the reason of this bug is that the player whose turn it is on table (2) is also playing on table (1), and maybe, if he gets the message that it's his turn at table (2) and does the move, the problem solves itself, but it is definitely a bug!
And for the moment I am blocked and cannot play at any arena table, because I cannot make a move on table (2).

After some time and another round of logging out and in the problem disappeared. I'm not entirely reassured, but this seems a way to go ...

This is a common occurrence that has to do with synchronization between the turn-based game server and the main site server. It is usually resolved within an hour when they are synced.
