Backgammon: New Version is Terrible

I'm not sure if this would be the place to put this. I apologize if it's not.

The backgammon update is almost universally really disliked. Please see thread and return the previous version:

The new version is cumbersome. Having to confirm each move takes so much unnecessary time. Also, there are new rules and features with no help topic on them. The extra die option isn't like real backgammon and there's no tutorial on it. Also, now we can't play just one game with someone? We have to play three?

I no longer play my favorite boardgame on BGA because it's no longer fun or relaxing. Please bring back the game we loved.

Quick suggestion: Backgammon is developed by a volunteer. If you want to effect a real change, your best bet is to engage in some friendly, open discussion. Calling hours of volunteer work "terrible" is unlikely to endear to sort of response you wish to garner.
