Have to refresh page to accept?

About half the time when I want to accept a game, the page loads without the blue accept button visible, see attached screen shot. It's like it's showing me the bottom part of the player list but I can't scroll up. I can't get the button to appear unless I refresh the page and then it does a double refresh and it takes a long time while I'm keeping people waiting. I'm using the BGA app, mostly use my galaxy tablet, occasionally on my pixel phone and it happens on both.

It is not game-specific. Is this just a me thing? I'm fairly new (a few months) so apologies if this has been discussed, I searched and didn't find anything.

Are you entering an Arena game? Arena games are automatically accepted.

No just regular games. I haven't quite worked out what this whole Arena thing is about yet.
