Premium account keeps dropping me

I have a Premium account but on 2 occasions BGA stops counting it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Your account does seem to say you are standard right now. Did you subscribe monthly or yearly? You can see your invoices under the Account tab in your preferences (https://boardgamearena.com/preferences?section=account). If there is an invoice there not being honoured, you should be able to raise it with BGA support. If your monthly renewal is not happening, I'd check your payment method first, and if there's no issue there, again, contact BGA support and explain what you're doing and what the issue is.
