That kind of makes sense, but makes me wonder 2 things:

1. Is 15-minute wait time, as I saw, considered "low"?

2. Is this determined dynamically or set per-game? I wondered if it's possible someone subscribes to game, the setting gets changed, and they can never unsubscribe. Hopefully not.

I have the same questions but no more information than you on that. The only thing i think I saw is that there are two places where waiting time are displayed and that are not always consistent. So i think the 15min is actually overestimated for splendor
