8, 12, 24 moves per day?

When I'm searching a game in arena and it asks me (for flexibility) if I could change my turn timer to 8, 12, or 24 moves per day, am I crazy, or should it also tell me the 12 hr period associated with the game timer. Unless I'm blind, it doesn't. I just have to accept and hope that it won't be the worst possible.

Could this be changed? Should I submit a bug report? How would I know if one is already there?

You search for it, much like anything else. That said, the search interface for bug reports is a bit painful since a search string must be matched exactly. Still, this bug: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=93326 is probably what you're looking for.
