Am I the only person who thinks that in 7 wonders duel (without expansions) the first player has a huge advantage?
In these games the first player usually controls the whole phase 1, if the second player does not build a wonder which affords him to take two turns one after another, but the second player does this, looses a critical wonder's effect for the final stage of the game.
Could we take this advantage away somehow? What strategies are the best for the second player?
When I play this game on BGA, in the 90% of the games (I easily go 7-8 straight games like this), I am the second player (don't know how can this happen, it should be 50-50, but that's my "luck"), and i feel that most of my defeats came from that only reason that I am not the starting player.
Thank you in advance!
