Turn based game time question

Hello, I’m relatively new to the site and have what may be a dumb question. On the browse all available tables page for turned based games, the games are generally listed as X turns per day between Y time and Z time. However, the time zone for Y and Z isn’t listed. Is this UTC or is it auto-adjusted to the time zone settings that we set in this forum like time stamps are when posts are made here? I could see it working either way because I don’t know if it is a site wide setting or something that only interacts with the forum pages .

It's local to the time zone that the site thinks you're in.
