Can't Leave Game

I was playing a game of stone age and my opponent quit because he doesn't know how to play the game.When I tried to expel the player this is what it says. "Player is no longer playing on this table (the game has ended or player has already been expelled)" The problem is he isn't expelled and his clock is still running. Since I am unable to finish this game I can't play any other games in real time.

I had this problem on another game. Try proposing to abandon the game. The system will automatically vote yes for all zombie players.

Alternatively, just quit the game. You won't get any penalties for quitting game with at least one zombie.

It's not in the help files. So I'd like a confirmation of this as well, cause next time this happens with me I'd love to be able to just quit. When you offer an abandon, you have to wait for everyone else. (Sounds like this is live, but I'm playing mostly turn-based and when you wait for everyone else, they never look at the game cause their turn doesn't come up.)

Stone Age seems to be one of those games where the system doesn't understand that you can't just transfer this game to a different number of players. In fact, if you can continue playing, the zombie player will remain and it screws everything up. Not sure why they can't make this game quit, like Hearts does.

You can quit a game with at least one zombie without any penalties.
I've done it twice already and no quit penalties on my profile. Great!
