can I claim my karma back?

Hello,
my karma was at 100%. Then a few days I ago I quit a tournament, which I had registered for, right after it starting, when realizing the modus of the tournament was totally unbearable (wasn't clear from tehe despription, it just became clear after the start).
As a result of me quitting the tournament, my Karma was reduced form 100% to 46%! Which I think is completely over the top and unjust. Now i practically cannot play any games anymore cause with karma 46% you are excluded form all arena games e.g. and most other games, too.
How can i reclaim my Karma back?

You can play quick games with people who haven't filtered out low karma.

Exactly what about the settings for the tournament was unclear? Was this a round robin where all the games started simultaneously? If so, I understand because that behavior is not explicitly documented in any official location. You shouldn't have to read the forums to learn that.

Yes, i was supposed to play 15 (!) games of Ark Nova at the same time!
