Toggle for "automatic" moves

Post by doctordestiny777 »

Would be nice to have an option for the game to automatically make required moves such as for placing the final marker during Hunt phase or recovering.

Space Base has a similar toggle function to automatically take income, for example. This would speed up game play, especially in turn-based.

Also, the activation order for recovering often matters (freyja, harpy, medusa, odin...), so while some edge cases coud be covered, it is hardly worth implementing a complex automation trigger

He was just talking about "choosing" the last card available.
Like i connect to the game see that i need to select a card during the hunt, but there is only one left so that could have been done without any action from me.

Not totally sure if its relevant as i dont know if the first player does the summoning right after.

There will never be a toggle for automatic moves as per reading the rejected bug reports. The developer has rejected this at least twice. Putting your marker on the last card in the hunt does nothing to speed up the game because that player will start their action phase anyways.

For sand timer effects there is no simple way to automate them. Even a simple board state with only Undine Queen to make (3) will not always have an automatic decision because stones could overfill and the player would need to choose which stones to keep. There are cards like Kappa and Phoenix that may value the lower stone higher so there isn't an optimal automatic way to remove stones.
