New Swiss-mode tournaments in the future ?

Hi and sorry to create a second topic within a short period of time.

I played the "Race for the Galaxy Public Test - Third edition " one month and a half ago, the aim was to test Swiss tournament mode.
I remember that it was great. (even if i got many time penalties because timing was too tight)
2 questions :

1) Will there be new Swiss tournaments in the future ? Or was it only a test to prepare Seasons World Series 2014 ?

2) I noticed in Tournament section many topics with many messages every time asking if there would be tournaments for the following games :

and so on...
What these individual topics have in common, is that nobody never answered to these people.
Consequently, people continue to create new topics to ask the same question again and again.

After 15 minutes of research, I found a quite old message of April 2013 saying :

" Hi,
This functionnality is still in beta, and not ready to be opened to everyone.
For now, only admins can create tournaments.

Just Yes or No.
And if yes, if it would be more like in 3 month, 1 year or 3 years.

To be very honest, i have absolutely no idea if it is difficult to create tournaments for more games, or if it consumes too many servor resources, or if it is just a choice not to expand this tournament part of the website in priority.
This is why i'm taking the liberty to ask you, having noticed that communication is limited to the strict minimum regarding this subject (it's not a reproach)

I have to admit i never found out this link, i just went again to tournament section and i am not able to understand how you did

What is surprising is that when i change numbers after "=" sign, i find games which are not on BGA like :
- Carcassonne (=1)
- Black Magic (=3)
- Alhambra (=7)
- Dominion (=8)
- Lost cities (=9) etc.

I filled in all of the required fields (championship name, tournament name, date)
But when i try to create the tournament (i tried with Reversi, i get the following message :

To perform this action you need to reach this grade: Seraph

Which means that only the following people can do it :
-lilmizsunshine
-galadonel
-canuck123
-brecol
-Divundu
-sourisdudesert
-EEn

Hence, the 2 questions in my previous message remain unanswered for the moment
