Friends list and known games

Is it possible to search a game and see the people from the friends list who know the game? If not, would you find it an interesting idea.
Several times, I have been wanting to play a game from my "known game list" with a friend who also knows the game. It is a very long manual work to open the profile of each individual friend to see if any of them knows a particular game. It would be fun to have the option because we might find friends who know a game that we did not consider to play with them because we could not imagine that they liked it.and as the game list expands weekly, it becomes more and more relevant.

A good idea? Something you would find useful? Any comments are welcome, also if you disagree. Alternative solutions are also welcome.

I have long thought this a good idea. The place to suggest it is here: https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?sort=game_asc. But BGA is a volunteer driven site, and you will see a list of things already asked for

Hmm... I don't think that's exact. Most games are indeed developed and maintained (or not) by volunteers. But the site itself and the BGA-wide features (such as the game list, groups, etc.) are maintained by the BGA team who, as far as I know, are not volunteers but employees.

Knowing a game doesn't necessarily mean you like to play it. So I think this feature should adress your friends' favorite games, not their known games.
