Why no Arena points?

I was at 2 platinums and have won 2 TTR Europe games in a row but stay stuck at 2. Any reason I'm missing?

Hi Diane14217,
I suppose it is because your opponents arena level was too low.
To avoid that, it is possible to change the parameters to do the TTR Europe games in arena only with player of the same level or with a difference of +1 or -1 level.
In all the arena games in BGA you can do this change of parameter to avoid encountering low level players.
