Most of them are 4-stone tournaments, with beginners and a few intermediate players. I understand that a tournament with beginners, intermediates and advanced players all mixed together is not very interesting for people of any level.

A tournament with 4 stones is a road to nowhere, you can’t learn to play Kalakh-4, this is a defective version of Kalakh. You need to study on Kalakh-6.

I don't know what Karaha's absolute advice is, but when I win, there are times when I notice the move that determines the outcome of the match. However, I don't know if the other person wants that advice, and I don't want to force my advice on them, so I will probably just send "gg" from now on.
there is a topic on the forum where you can analyze any games

jp1052kyo wrote: 07 May 2024, 13:04 As has been said in other forums, there seems to be an issue with the current state of Arena mode. When playing Arena mode, players are matched regardless of level. The point of Arena mode is to compete for points, but as I said before, mixed level matches tend to be less fun for many people.
Agree. The best can be revealed either by a tournament from among the strongest (it may be preceded by a selection), or by a system of matches of several games with elimination.

Agree.

Ceaseless wrote: 07 May 2024, 14:04 Kalah doesn't seem to be a very popular game here, though to be fair that seems common among a lot of the abstracts. Given the low populations existing already, it's hard to imagine reliably getting groups of 3 players when it seems hard enough to get a basic 1 v 1. Not to mention 3 different stone set-ups, I haven't even bothered really learning the 5 or 6 stones since 4 stones seemed to be the most popular of a thinly populated group. Don't end up playing a lot of Kalah regardless since regardless of stone format it's not easy to get a game, even harder if you require it to be around your own level.
Let's start simple - with tournaments for beginners. Not with Kalah-4, that's a bad idea. It also makes sense to change the champion identification formula.

Ceaseless's answer fully reflects the reality of Karaha and is easy to understand. Thank you. Considering that matching itself is not easy, it is understandable that adding complex conditions would make the matching even more miraculous. The small number of players may be the end result of a simple and patterned game. However, I think Karaha is a great game that eliminates the element of luck and leads to victory with reading and strategy. If you can play Karaha even with a level difference, you can enjoy it to a certain extent. However, I have not abandoned the idea that the number of players in the arena will increase and the matching level will be uniform. With the current arena and tournament format, it is difficult to imagine an increase in the number of players. Therefore, I would like to ask BGA management to make major changes.

Not always, if a new player Is really interested like me at the time, the game ends with "can you suggest me how to improve? What was my main error?"
The problem Is that often the reply Is "you have to play and play and play and watch again you Lost games" that Is true but does not help a lot a newbie

Of course, you will continue to play against people of the same level. However, if your win rate at that level increases, you will be able to move up to a higher class and gain new experience. I don't think the current arena, where beginners are matched up with advanced players, is suitable for stepping up. Rather than playing directly against advanced players, beginners should watch replays of advanced players as a reference and use that knowledge in matches against players of the same level, which I think will broaden the range of strategies they can use.

Like in chess: when playing among 4th grade players, you fulfill the 3rd grade norm and move on to the next class. Then you play among 3rd tier players and climb the stairs.
