Love BGA and have a tiny request…

I’m guessing this has been mentioned before, but can we get a mute button on mobile so it does not turn off my music? That’s all. Not trying to make any big waves. Seems like a fairly easy feature, but I could be wrong.

I could be misinterpreting your request, so I apologize if this is not what you're looking for, but:

If you click your profile picture in the top right-hand corner, then click "Sound," you should see a volume option appear. You can turn it all the way down.

Unfortunately I suspect that has no effect on the issue in question, which is a general mobile phone problem -- if the current app starts playing sounds, it lowers the volume on background apps (e.g. music).

My guess is that the overall BGA app would need to have a player option which detects muted sound is desired and indicates to the OS that it is not going to play audio.

*edit* Per the below poster, there is a way to do it!

For me it works when turning the volume to zero in game. Not in the profile settings. You may need to turn your phone sideways to see the game-table volume control button.

When I do that, playback on the device is not interrupted.

Oh nice! I've always wondered about this too, and just accepted I shouldn't play games on my mobile if I care about the music also being played. I'm guessing it's something you have to do for each game you're playing though (and each new game you start), which is frustrating.
