Expelled from game unjustly? What to do?

I have an issue about a game that was played on sunday evening. Here is what happened:
During the game I used less time than the other two players. In the last move I hat a tricky ressource management question and I told the other players via chat that I will need longer for this move and no one complained. In the moment my clock per move ran out one player instanly kicked me from the game. He did not warn me via chat or encouraged me to make the move faster. There was just no action in the chat board. (Needlos to say I would have won and concerning the clock per game I still had used far less time than the 3rd player and about as much time as the player who kicked me). I complained in the chat box and he said he didn't know if I was there. After that I wrote him a Message saying that I am still annoyed and I cannot see why he didn't ass in the chat box if I was there especially since I told them I might need longer time for this move. No answer came to that. I do not know if the players really thought I left or if he used this to get the game out of the ELO-Rating and the losses / win statistic directly before the end.

Now my profile says, that I left a game before its end, which I find very upsetting because this might alter other players from playing with me and is simply not what happened. Also I am a bit annoyed about the many Elo Points I lost because of quitting (but I do see there are more important things in Life than Elo-Points in the Borad Game Arena ). Is there anything that can be done? What does the Zombie status mean, that my account moved into mean?

I am sure the forum is not the best place to discuss this (therefore I wrote it anonously), but maybe you can give me advice on where I could adress my complaints. Thanks for your help.

Time penalties expire after 60 days. While it is unfortunate that you ran into a player who was unwilling to allow extra time for a move, it was within their rights to expel you from the game once your time expired. It does not matter that you had used less total time than anyone else. In 60 days, it will be forgotten, so no big deal.

Now, to lessen the chances of it happening again, use the "write a personal note about this player" function on the player that did expel you. It will be displayed at any table they are at. It will help you to remember that you don't want to play with them.

As far as Zombie status -- when any player leaves the game before the end (voluntarily or by being expelled), that player for that game only is moved into zombie status. The computer will then attempt to finish the game, generally by skipping that player's turns. Some games cannot be finished with a zombie player, though, and end immediately. On the game summary page, the player avatar will change to a zombie, to make it clear that the game did not finish normally. No ELO will be transferred for the game.
