Everdell would be on the top of my list. Played it a few times and it's a fun game.

Wyrmspan looks very interesting, yet to play it. My wife and I are huge Wingspan fans, for those who have played it, is Wyrmspan similar in terms of mechanics to Wingspan, and would it be easy to pick up and learn if you know how to play Wingspan?
