How does export to .mat work?

How does export to .mat work?

I just finished a match for which I had the option "export to .mat" turned on, as I'd like to analyse the game now that it's done. I can't find where to actually download the file, though. How do I get the .mat file?

As far as I know the functionality of game export was planned but never implemented (yet).
