0 minutes.

Once in a while, everything is done in secret and a game is released without ever going in beta or public alpha.

But besides that, I have seen some games, even big ones, that stayed like 3 days in beta just so that translation could get done I guess.

Depends on how much the dev and publisher want to be done in alpha compared to beta.
