Suggestion: Even faster pace

The current 'fast pace' speed feels too slow for me - having up to 3 minutes for a turn is quite a long time (and even longer when players regularly go over time!).

I'd love another speed option that's even faster - or maybe some other way to indicate to potential players that we want want this to be a pretty rapid game.

The request for a blitz time control has been requested for a while in many games, but BGA doesn’t seem to listen. Imo the best way to do it in Ark Nova would be <1 minute to act each turn, with a 3 minute reserve that gets used whenever you go over the minute per turn. Once it’s depleted, you can be kicked. This would allow fast pace with the possibility to have some complex eagle/hypnosis/silver lake turns.

It's not 3 min per turn, it's 1 min per turn with a 3 min time bank.

Even faster would be a much needed improvement. +20 or +30 secs per turn would be ideal (maybe Azul level of speed).

Totally agree. They should lower time per turn but increase total time bank even to no limit.

Yes please, I'd really love to have some more options to configure time settings to play with people who enjoy the game at bit faster and looser.

Because they dont read the whole 1000 games subforums probably ? And more generally dont expect a direct answer on a suggestion like that from bga anyway. This feature will likely never happen unless there is a new global faster pace added for ALL games
